BUT when it takes 12 mints to bring a per with your fancy phones you will have an empty handed customer leaving your store.
I was on an assumption that the phones were to increase productivity on customer service but I guess I was wrong.
I just decided to leave the store because it is obviously not the CS fault but the managment.
