- Ricardo Angeles Added 2017-08-12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Experience in the office itself was fine. However over a month after my wife processed her passport renewal, the consulate called us to return to have her picture taken again... When asked why, they didn't give any answer. So I assume it was their kapalpakan (error), no transparency whatsoever. We live over an hour away (each way) from the consulate office with 3 kids (2 babies). They ask us to come as if it was like 15min away... So drop the 4 stars, I just give a star for the office experience itself.
