I have brought three of my groups to stay at the Westin in the last year. The staff are absolutely delightful to work with. The morning breakfast in the Mizzen is absolutely spectacular. And my favorite choice in the lobby restaurant (the name of which escapes me) is the seafood bouillabaisse. The location is central - most tour companies are willing to pick up there and the Christmas parade goes through nearby.
That said, the suites themselves feel quite dated and boxy - though the views are certainly worth it. Parking is expensive, of course (40-50/day) so I recommend using a parking app to find cheaper options.
Also, there is a small grocery store across the street!
